I got this recipe from my GLYCEMIC IMPACT DIET.IT is good.Try it.My son gives it 6 thums up and he wants it for breakfast agin.

Ingredients:
ok. 2 slices of whole grain bread.1/2 cup strawberrys/or rasberries. 2 slices of tomato. And 2 slices of cheese.(low fat would be good)
Directions:
take the slices of bread.add the cheese.Put 2 slices of tomato on top.
Then add the STRAWBERRYS/RASPBERRIES. ok.Then Put it in the broiler for about 5 min.Just till the cheese melts. then sit back and enjoy.
