Notes:
Instead of using frozen chicken nuggets I buy skinless, boneless chicken breast and cut them into bite sized pieces and steam them until they are half way done, then add them to the casserole dish.
I usually serve this over cauliflower or low carb spaghetti

Ingredients:
1 pkg. (13 1/2 oz.) frozen chicken nuggets
1/3 c. grated low fat Parmesan cheese
1 can (26 1/2 oz. ) spaghetti sauce
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded low fat mozzarella cheese
1 t. Italian seasoning
Directions:
Place chicken nuggets in a greased 11×7x2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle
with Parmesan cheese. Top with spaghetti sauce, mozzarella cheese
and Italian seasoning.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until chicken is
heated thorugh and cheese is melted.
