Fruit Cocktail Salad recipe -

Servings: 10


Ingredients:
2 cans (16 oz. each) fruit cocktail in juice, undrained
20 oz. can unsweetened pineapple tidbits, drained
11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 pkg. (1 oz.) instant sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
2 med. firm bananas, sliced


Directions:
In a bowl, combine the canned fruit and lemon juice. Sprinkle with pudding
mix. Stir gently for 1 minute or until mixture is thickened. Fold in bananas.
Refrigerate until serving.
