Steph's Cheesy Chili Pasta w/Garlic-Onion Bread recipe -

Notes:


Servings: 2


Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups whole wheat rotini pasta
1 pouch Boca crumbles
1 bowl of Boca Chili Warning—to me, this chili is spicy! Very spicy! So be careful if you don't like heat!
1/2 cup fat free Kraft shredded cheddar cheese
4 slices Healthy Living light white bread (3 pts)
Spray Butter
Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, and Parsley Flakes


Directions:
Take bread slices and spray a bit on each side with spray butter, then sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley flakes all over both sides of each piece. Bake in 350 oven for about 10 mins or until desired crispiness. Slice into diagonals. Boil pasta in water, drain and put on serving dish. After heating Boca Crumbles and Boca Chili in microwave, top past with first the crumbles, then pour Chili evenly over the top. Sprinkle cheese over top. 2 servings are 7.5 pts each, if you eat it all it's 15 pts.
