Notes:
A quick little sandwich with no bread. You use the red leaf lettuce as your bread. You could also use green leaf lettuce. I used Lite Marzetti Coleslaw Dressing and the calories for 2 TBLS was 60 calories. I used that or less in the slaw I мейд, so in reality the calories for the added slaw was probably less than what I allowed.
You also cut the string cheese in half lengthwise and use one half on each sandwich half.

Ingredients:
Red Leaf Lettuce - 2 leaves
Sliced Turkey - 4 slices
Marzetti Lite Coleslaw - 2 Tablespoons
Mozzarella String Cheese - 1 piece

Red Leaf Lettuce - marginal
Sliced Turkey - 50 calories for 2 slices = 100 calories
Marzetti Lite Coleslaw - 20 calories
Mozzarella String Cheese - 60 calories for 1 piece = 60 calories
~~~ Total Calories = 180 ~~~
Directions:
Just lay out your 2 leaves of lettuce, and place 2 slices of turkey on each. Next put your slaw on each half, and then place your half piece of string cheese on top. Fold and enjoy!
