Ingredients:
Ruby red grapfruit
2 packets Splenda and 1/2 t. cinnamon mixture per grapefruit half
Fresh fruit or mint leaf for garnish
Directions:
Slice grapefruit in half. Cut between and loosen grapefruit segments. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Bake at 200 degrees until grapefruit is warm. Remove and garnish each slice with fresh fruit or mint leaf.
