Notes:
The secret recipe is pumpkin seed oil. It has a very strong flavour that you either Looooove or Haaaate, no middle ground. Everyone I мейд it for got hooked on it. Veeeery low on cals, an all-you-can-eat thing (as long as you go easy on the pumpkin seed oil). Stays in the fridge for days, also.
Pumpkin seed oil is omega 3-6-3- balanced, very healthy, but is only good for salads, can’t cook with it. Try it on cold bean salad or green leaf salad, also. Delicious.

Ingredients:
medium size cauliflower
1-2 teaspoons of pumpkin seed oil
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Steam (or cook) cauliflower florets (small pieces), drain and leave to cool down in a salad bowl, then mix up with salt, a few drops of pumpkin seed oil (has a very strong flavour, I'm talkin 1 teaspoon per one medium cauliflower), and if you like, add some chopped fresh garlic and a splash of vinegar. Adding the vinegar changes the taste significantly, but if you like it sour, use red wine vinegar.
Eat warm or cold. Stays int he fridge for days and only gets better.
