Italian chicken recipe -

Notes:
taste good, low fat, easy clean-up!!

Servings: 6


Ingredients:
-1 pkg of boneless, skinless chicken tenders or cutlets
-one small bag of baby carrots
-one vadalia onion (use can use any,but these taste better)
-3 to 4 potatoes
-one bottle of italian dressing
- a roil of tin foil


Directions:
-(you need to plan ahead for this meal, it does take a little while)-
-take the chicken,and put them in a large bowl with the italan dressing to soak for about 2 hours (take a knife and stab them every once in awhile so they absorb the flavor)
-Take a large baking sheet out
-cut out a piece a tin foil about 6-7 inches long
-place a piece of chicken on it, along with cut up pieces of onions, potatoes, and whole baby carrots (or cut up whole ones)
-fold up so completely sealed off
-repeat with all pieces
-bake at 375 degrees for about an hour (you'll know it's done when there's lots of juice in the foil, the potatoes are soft)
-for clean up, just throw away tin foil!!
-for those carb counting, there are 19 carbs per serving, for those counting calories, there are about 117 calories per serving
- i know it's a little bit of work, but it is definitly worth it, so give it a try!!
