Mushy Pea Curry SS recipe - Diet, Easy Diet, Low Fat diet Recipes

Notes:
Slimming World - Green Day FREE


Mushy Peas and Baked Beans are SuperSpeed foods.


Very cheap and quick to make.


You could vary the recipe by adding mushrooms, vegetables etc


Delicious.

Servings: 4+


Ingredients:
3x tins Mushy Beans
1x tin Baked Beans
1 Onion
Curry Powder to taste (I added 1 tsp)
Fry Light


Directions:
Chop the onion and fry in Fry Light untill soft and brown.
Put the cooked onion, beans, peas and curry powder in to a pan and simmer for 20 - 30 minutes.
Serve with whatever you fancy e.g pasta, rice, Slimming World chips, jacket potato etc
