You can control the amount of salt and pepper according to how mild or spicy you prefer your meat.

Ingredients:
2 Lean cut, boneless steaks
Approximately 1/2 cup of corn starch
Three vigorous shakes of garlic powder
A couple pinches of salt
2 TBSPNS black pepper
2 TBSNS Italian seasoning
Directions:
Stir dry ingredients together well. Rub the dry mixture onto the meat and bake at around 350 degrees.
