This is really great for breakfast on the go. It takes a bit longer to prepare than just grabbing a granola bar, but it keeps me full enough to not sneak cookies at work.

Ingredients:
whole grain bread, one egg, sea salt
Directions:
With a butter knife, cut a circle about the size of a golf ball out of the middle of the bread. You can either butter the bread or just spray a nonstick pan with cooking spray, put the bread in and crack the egg into the middle of the bread so that the yolk fits in the hole. Heat until one side is done, then flip so that the egg is cooked well. Sprinkle sea salt, and enjoy.
