0 Transfat Garlic/Cilantro Vinagret
1 bundle of clean, rinsed Cilantro
4 toes of fresh, chopped Garlic
1 medium, white Onion
2 tsp ground Black Pepper
1/4 cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/3 cup of good quality Balsamic Vinegar
3 Tbsp. Kosher Salt
The juice from ? Lemon
The juice from ? Lime
*** mix into liquid… to thin add more EVOO…. place in serving bottle, serve chilled, shake & enjoy!
Low Fat Homemade Garlic/Parmesian Ranch
1 Pint 1% Buttermilk — Amish Stores Carry This.
2 tsp ground Black Pepper
2 tbsp Kosher Salt (very low sodium)
2 toes of chopped or crushed Garlic
2 tbsp Rigiano Parmesian cheese
pinch dry crushed Basil (a heavy pinch)
pinch dry crushed Parsley (a light pinch, it bleeds when wet.)
pinch ground Cumin (average/medium pinch)
pinch dry crushed Oregano (more or less to your taste)
***mix until blended… place in serving botttle, serve chilled, shake & enjoy!
