Shrimp & Tomato Omelet recipe -

Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Egg Substitute
2 oz. Chopped Cooked Shrimp
1 Chopped Tomato


Directions:
Spray small frying pan and preheat. In a small bowl, whisk egg substitute; pour into pan and scramble. Fold in cooked shrimp and chopped tomato.
