Ingredients:
Tri-color rotini pasta,
black and green olives,
pepperoni,
cucumber,
cheddar, colby and monterey jack cheeses (preferably in the Kraft crumbles form, it seems to work beautifully for this recipe and they come in a bag together),
zesty italian salad dressing (may substitute light italian if preferred).
Directions:
All ingredient amounts may be varied by taste and needs. Boil pasta until soft (you will probably want slightly softer than al dente), drain and rinse with cool water. Mix in bowl with sliced black and green olives (easier to buy pre-cut), sliced pepperoni, sliced cucumber, and cheese. Add italian dressing, also to taste. Can make as much or as little as you have room for. Enjoy!
