I am ALL about quick and simple comfort foods. I follow the Weight Watchers flex plan, so i post points.
Servings: 2
Ingredients:
For soup:
1 packet country gravy mix (I use Walmart brand)
1 large sized can chunk white meat chicken
1 can Delmonte mixed peas & carrots
salt substitute, pepper
1 cup cold water
For Dippers:
2 Weight Watchers English Muffins
spray butter (I can't believe it's not butter spray is what i use)
2 cloves garlic, cut in half
onion powder
Directions:
For the soup:
Mix country gravy mix with cold water in sauce pan, heat till boiling, reduce heat till thickened. Add drained can of chicken, and drained can of veggies. Heat through.
For dippers:
Cut each muffin in half, spray both sides of all with spray butter, rub garlic cloves all over both sides of muffin, then sprinkle with onion powder. Grill all on both sides on flat pan.
Makes 2 servings, 8 pts each (includes soup and dippers)
