Notes:
This is a VERY easy, tasty, healthy Chicken Salad Sandwhich recipe. I wasn’t sure about the combination of ingrediants at first, but it is WONDERFUL! It is very easy to substitute items to match your tastes. I don’t list amounts needed for each ingrediant, I just go based of how it looks, tastes and my preference. You can use as much of each ingrediant as you like.
Servings: 1
Ingredients:
Baked or grilled Chicken- shredded
Celery- diced
Pecans (or any nut you want)-diced
Dried cranberries- diced
lite (or regular) mayo- to taste
croissant (or any type of bread you wish) to fill with chicken salad
Directions:
Take chicken and shread. Add diced celery, diced dried cranberries, and diced pecans. Mix in bowl. Add mayo until you have the taste and consistancy you like. Warm a croissant and fill with chicken mix. Enjoy!
