Low fat breakfast taco recipe -

Notes:
Tried this it was really good, better than eating the same old oatmeal everyday.

Servings: 2


Ingredients:
1 tbs olive oil, 1/4 cup green and red bell peppers, 1/2 cup fresh chopped mushrooms, 2 green onions chopped, 1/2 cup egg beaters, 2 egg whites, salt and pepper, wheat tortillas, 1/2 cup fat free shredded cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup fat free sour cream


Directions:
Heat oil, peppers, and mushrooms in a skillet, cook for about 5 min. When done put them in a small bowl and set aside, spray pan with canola oil or pam. Whisk the egg beaters and egg whites, scramble them with salt and pepper to taste, heat up 1 tortilla in microwave, add half of the eggs,and peppers, top with cheese and sour cream
