Ingredients:
3 medium potatoes
1/4 cup Light or No Fat Italian dressing
1/4 cup light Parmesan cheese topping
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Wash the potatoes then cut them into 1/4 inch wedges. Combine the potatoes with the dressing and parmesan cheese in a large bowl. or even a large zipper bag. Toss it around to coat the potatoes well.
Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on a baking dish then spray with non-stick cooking spray. Then spray the potatoes lightly with non-stick cooking spray.
Bake the potatoes for 12 minutes at 425 degrees. Turn the potatoes over with a large spatula. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
