Ingredients:
Low fat or Whole Wheat Pita
1/2 cup shredded chicken
3 tbs Low fat Chedder Cheese {or fat free but I perfer the low fat}
onions
tomatoes
peppers {veggies of your choice}
Directions:
Cut the top of the pita so you have a poket. Put all the ingredients in the pita put it in the toaster oven for about 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted. You might use less or more of the amount of ingredients depending on the size of the pita.
Once its all warm and toasty you could add a tablespoon of low fat or fat free sour cream….yum lol
