Stove Top Meatloaf recipe -

Notes:
I cut this recipe in half~ And for the Stove tops stuffing they used Low sodium Chicken flavor~ I used the regular chicken flavor

Servings: 8


Ingredients:
2 pounds of 96% lean ground beef (24 points)
1 Package Stove Top Stuffing- they used Low Sodium Chicken Flavor(12pts)
1/2c. Egg Beaters ( 2 Points)
1 c. water


Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and add a bit of ketchup and dijon mustard(optional). Divide into 2 loaves, coat with thin layer of ketchup or barbeque sauce and bake for 45 mins. or more until meat is no longer pink.


They counted it as 5 points ~ Serves 8
