Notes:
You can use any combination of fruits you like just stick to the amounts and if you don’t want soy milk use skim milk:
Servings: 2
Ingredients:
8oz Soy Milk(plain or vanilla but look for little or no sugar added)
8oz Water
1cup of fruit any cobination or variety fresh or frozen (I use frozen)
1/2 banana
You can get these at any GNC store…
1scoop soy protein powder
1tbsp psyllium seed husks
1tbsp flaxseed oil
Directions:
Put all these ingredients into the blender with out without ice, you can add a half cup fatfree plain yogurt to thicken. This is a good way to get some of those fruits in as well as some protein first thing in the morning, and the best thing for me is that I can take it with me and drink it on my way to work. .
