This is a delicious salsa-type dip to make for parties. It does make a large bowl but it is to die for ![]()
Servings: A lot
Ingredients:
One 15oz Can of Each
Black-Eyed Peas
Black Beans
Pinto Beans
White Corn
Veggies (chopped)
1 Red Pepper
1 Green Pepper
2 Jalapeno Peppers
Fresh Cilantro (added to taste)
Marinade
3/4 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup of Water
1 cup of Sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions:
Put the beans and corn in a colander. Make sure to drain and rinse them off. Add all the beans and chopped veggies into a bowl. Do your marinade in seperate bowl and add it last. Mix together well. Personally, I would let it set over night. The longer it sits, the better it tastes.
