Simple Shrimp and Spinach Salad recipe - Easy Diet Recipes

Notes:
A quick simple salad you can create with only a few items. I’m single, so I’m only cooking for one - I use the salad bar and the self-serve frozen shrimp from the deli - keeps this salad economical, too!

Servings: 1


Ingredients:
Spinach
Shredded carrots
6 Thawed shrimp


Dressing: Olive oil, red wine vinegar, mustard, breadcrumbs


Directions:
In a container, pour two counts of olive oil, a squirt of mustard, some red wine vinegar and a dash of breadcrumbs. Put cover on container and shake well. Put thawed shrimp, spinach and carrots into container and shake to coat.


Because it's just me, I pop of the container and eat it straight from the tupperware!
