Notes:
This is a yummy recipe that I substitute fat free and reduced fat ingredients to lighten it. I don’t know how well splenda would work in place of the sugar, but it is only two tablespoons so I left it as it is. Feel free to try it though. This is great as a light supper in the summer!
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
1 - 8oz fat free cream cheese, softened2 tablespoons of sugar1/2 cup fat free vanilla yogurt2 cups sliced fresh strawberries, divided4 choc. graham crackers, crushed and divided
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar. Gently stir in vanilla yogurt. In each of the dessert glasses, place layers in the following order:1/4 cup strawberries1/8 of the yogurt mixture1/4 of the choc. graham crackers1/8 of the yogurt mixture1/4 cup of the sliced strawberriesRefridgerate and serve!
