Trail Mix recipe - You on a Diet Recipes

Notes:
Mix nuts and seeds

Servings: 1/4 cup


Ingredients:
Soybeans
Sunflower Seeds
Soy Nuts
Peanuts
Cashews
Walnuts
Corn
Pumpkin seeds
Almonds
Dried cranberries
Dried cherries
Dried apricots
Black Raisins
Mini chocolate chips
Mini pretzels
Multi grain Cheerios
Whole wheat Chex cereal
Granola


Directions:
In a bowl combine 2 cups of any of the following items that you like , then mix it together .
Store in an airtight container to keep them fresh
