My Mother's Salsa recipe -

Notes:
I grew up on this salsa. Mom used it for dips and she used it in her burrito mixtures as well. Once you’ve had this… you might not look at salsa in the jar the same way again.

Servings: 12-24

Ingredients:
2 Large Cans Crushed Tomatoes
2 Bunches Green Onions and/or Scallions
2 Bunches Cilantro
2 Cloves Garlic
1 2 oz Can of Diced Jalepenos
2 2 oz Cans of Green Chiles
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Adding the ingredients to the bowl:
Pour both cans of crushed tomatoes, the can of jalepenos and both cans of green chiles in the bowl. Thinly slice the green onions using the green and the white of the bulb. Finely chop the cilantro. Finely chop the garlic or use a garlic press instead. Stir the ingredients thoroughly. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve when prepared or chill if preferred.
