Mexi Omlett recipe - Low Fat diet Recipes

Notes:
This is a very low calorie, low fat breakfast it is also very filling.

Servings: 1


Ingredients:
Egg Beater, Fat Free Shredded Chedder, Salsa, imitation spray butter no calorie for coating pan.


Directions:
Prepare like you would an omlett just light on the cheese and stir in a teaspoon or so of salsa then fry
