Notes:
You may use raisins in place of Craisins. You may use Honey in place of Corn Syrup
Servings: 12-24
Ingredients:
1 C. Flour
1 C. Quick Cooking Oats
1/2 C. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/3 C. Craisins
1/3 C. Raw Sunflower Seeds
2 Egg Whites
1/3 C. Light Corn Syrup
1 tsp. Vanilla
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all dry ingredients and stir in corn syrup, egg whites and vanilla. Blend well, batter will be stiff. Drop by teaspoon onto a cooking sprayed cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes or until firm.
