Also great for cooking fish and beef as it keeps all vitamins and nutrients in your food. Cooking times will vary for other types of meat. You can also make these dinners up and freeze them for the week. The more veggies you use the more fill you get without the added calories!
Servings: 1
Ingredients:
-Boneless Chicken breast, uncooked and cubed
-Your fave veggies (onions, green pepper, zucchini, brocoli…etc) coarsely chopped to bite size
-Soy sauce
-Minced garlic
-Lemon Pepper
-Salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400
Lay out sheet of foil big enough to fit all ingredients in middle with 3 inch border and spray with nonstick cooking spray
Pile all ingredients in center of foil
Wrap ingredients by cinching down middle and then rolling up open ends.
Place on baking sheet in oven for 30 min.
