This is a recipe I tried and found it to be so awesome. The problem is not eating more than one serving.

Servings: 4 servings
Ingredients:
1 pound 93% lean ground beef
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 small onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups beef broth
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup sour cream
Directions:
1. Shape ground beef into small meatballs (smaller than an egg size).
2. Heat oil in frying pan and brown meatballs all sides
3. Remove them to a dish and keep warm.
4. Add the onion to pan and cook until beginning to brown.
5. Add the flour, make sure to mix well, brown a bit.
6. Add beef broth, and cook until slightly thinkened, stirring well.
7. Add rest of ingredients except the sour cream, and cook until mushrooms are tender.
8. Add sour cream and then meatballs.
9. Cook until thoroughly heated but not boiling.
10. serve on rice.
