ok so this meal is really easy, cut a few things up and if you have a slow cooker it will help as well so you dont have to worry about prep and just do it the night before and switch to cook in the morning. a very light meal and very tasty.
Hot foods are great for the stomach and can help kill bugs that you may have, also gret for flu’s as the best way to get rid of a fever is to break a sweat and get it out of your system.

Ingredients:
this is usually for four people but i did it for 2 so my ingredients are
1 chopped onion
2 cloves of garlic
chilli flakes
ground coriander x1 tblsp
1 tblsp of cumin + tumeric + garam masala and
1/2 tblsp of cardamon
2tblsp of oil
lean steak about 500 grams
i only used on potato chopped
about 150-200grams of coconut milk- (the most fatening)- however dont be discouraged as coconut milk also is rich in other nutrients and will help protect you from the heat of the spices
Directions:
basically put all in the slow cooker and start it on slow.
