Fajita Bowls recipe - Healthy Diet, Low Carb Diet Recipes

Notes:
Should feed 4-6 depending on appetite

Servings: 5


Ingredients:
2 lb of chicken breast
2 green peppers
1 onion
1 package pre-cut mushrooms (for the lazy folk)
1 package Taco Seasoning or 1.5 tablespoons taco seasoning if you buy your food in bulk containers


Low Fat Shredded Chedder Cheese
Fat Free Sour Cream


Directions:
Cut chicken into bite-size pieces and place into pan (Make sure you use pam or spray butter on the pan)
While the chicken is cooking, start cutting the peppers and onions to the size that you desire (Keep an eye on the chicken the whole time)
After done cutting vegetables, put all all the vegetables into one pan and cooked until desired tenderness
Once everything has cooked mix everything together and then add the seasoning to the mixture
Keep sampling (in small doses, don\\\'t want to waste calories) until you have the desired kick you want
Put in bowl and sprinkle cheese and sour cream on top
