Notes:
This is a great side dish! They are sweet like Sweet Potato Fries and are low in calories.
If you don’t use the olive oil, carrots are only about 52 calories per cup.
Servings: 1
Ingredients:
~ Large Carrots or Baby Carrots as many or as little as you want.
~ Olive Oil (Optional)
Directions:
~ Cut the large carrots into sticks or cut the baby carrots in half.
~ Place on non-stick cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees until tender. Make them crispy or leave them tender. It can take up to 45 mins or so but the time is worth it!
(The original receipe called for olive oil but I've мейд it without it and it turns out fine. If you lightly coat with olive oil it distributes the heat better and they cook mroe evenly.)
