Super Easy Chicken in A Pot. Make more and freeze it. I get tired of plain grilled chicken. Here is an easy way to add flavor with out the calories.

Ingredients:
4 or 5 Boneless Chicken Breast, 1-2 cups Green Peppers, 1/2 Onion, Fresh Ground pepper, 1 1/2 cup Lite or Organic Spaghetti Sauce 1/2 cup water.
Directions:
I actually just take all the above ingredients and throw them in a pot. I let is cook then turn it to simmer. Once chicken is cooked all the way through. I put this over brown rice, noodles, green beans or mixed veggies. The sauce gives just enough flavor to anything.
