Ingredients:
Schredded cooked chicken breast
crushed red pepper flakes
chopped green onion
bbq sauce
diced fresh tomatoes
diced walnuts or pecans
lettuce leaves
salt
mayo
flour tortillas
Directions:
cook and shred chicken. Add remaining ingredients and wrap in shell. Eat warm. Place a lettuce leaf inside. I didn't use measurements. It is easy to add till you like the taste. It is low fat and easy. The fat free mayo works just fine.
