Banana and Blueberry Smoothie recipe - Diet Smoothie recipe Recipes
Notes: I add the sugar last to make sure that everything has a little bit of sugar mixed in. You can use sugar substitue or Splenda instead of actual sugar.
Servings: 5
Ingredients: 1 lrg Banana (Sliced) 1 C Frozen Blueberries 2 C Ice 1 C 2% Milk 1/4 C Sugar
Directions: Blend Banana, Blueberries, Milk and Ice until smooth. Add Suger and blend.
