Got idea off the back of Barilla Plus penne box. It’s a variation due to the short amount of time I have and lack of ingredients in the house at the time. The time I posted could have been a bit longer than it actually took, if you do more than one thing at a time and chop as you go, since there isn’t much to really prep, it moves things along a lot quicker.

Ingredients:
Barilla plus pasta-1 box, evoo,onion-1 small, garlic-2clove, asparagus-about 7 stalks, carrot-about2-3 med., diced tomatoes(I used 1 can diced due to time constraints), salt, pepper, dried oregano(again time consrtaints). I did not measure the amount of carrots or asparagus.
Directions:
Cook pasta. In separate pan use evoo to saute onion and garlic, slice and add carrots and asparagus cook al dente, add diced tomatoes cook until hot or veggies are to the consistency of your liking, salt,pepper, oregano. toss with cooked pasta.
