Ingredients: 1 Lrg Cucumber 1 Reg Tomato Chopped Onion to taste salt (pinch) Lemon Juice 1 Small Can of Tuna in Water
Directions: Chop up Cucumber, Tomatoe and Onion Place in Bowl Add juice of one Lemon, Add Salt and last add drained tuna Mix well and enjoy!! P/S I add 2.0 oz of Quinoa when I'm craving Carbs
