Tuna Burger recipe - Diet Recipes

Notes:
A change of pace from the same old tuna…

Servings: 2


Ingredients:
1 can water packed tuna, well drained
2 TBSP diced onion
2 TBSP diced celery
1 slightly beaten egg white
1/3 cup crushed corn flakes


Directions:
Combine all ingredients and shape into 2 patties. Spray a non-stick skillet with cooking spray and cook over med-high heat for 4 minutes on each side. Can serve plain or as a burger with lettuce and tomato.
