Ingredients:
I large bottle of Roasted red peppers and 2 tablespoons of light mayo and one teaspoon of black pepper.
Directions:
Drain fluid of red peppers after that put peppers in a blender add the 2 tablespoons of mayo and black pepper. Blend untill creamy like a dip. Pour into dipping dish and serve with fresh cut veggies.
