Notes:
This is a really great cold lunch - good for work and a side salad for picnics
The measurments are for a single serving
Servings: 1
Ingredients:
1/2 can tuna
1/4 cup whole wheat pasta
1 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 Tsp garlic
diced celery
diced white onion
diced red pepper
Directions:
1) Boil pasta for 9 - 12 minutes
2) Combine mayonnaise, tuna, onion, celery, pepper& garlic
3) Cool pasta - mix with tuna
4) Refridgerate
(my recepie also called for avocado slices on top - but iv'e never tried it)
