A great replacement for those who like to snack with a little crunch!
Servings: 1 to 2
Ingredients:
1 c. chopped strawberries
1/2 c. blueberries
1/2 c. chopped banana
1 c. seedless grapes
1/2 c. cantaloupe or honeydew
1/2 c. granola (personal favorite is Bear Naturals granola)
1/2 c. plain unsweetened yogurt (Optional)
Directions:
Simply mix it all together and enjoy. It tastes sweet, but it has a really nice crunch to it. It was a really good replacement if you eat a lot of crisps and chips. It gives you that satisfying crunch. Also, a good replacement for sweet cravings because you get the natural sweetness from the berries
