My low cal/low fat version of broccoli rice casserole. Makes 1 Serving (245 cal/4.5 fat grams)

Ingredients:
1 Cup Whole Grain Brown Rice (170 cal/1.5 fat grams)
1 Single Serving Tray Green Giant Broccoli with Cheese Sauce (40 cal/1.5 fat grams)
1 Wedge Laughing Cow Light Garlic and Herb Cheese (35 cal/1.5 fat grams)
Directions:
Cook your rice and the broccoli/cheese tray according to package directions. Pour cooked rice into a bowl. Add 1 wedge of Laughing Cow cheese. Stir til melted/blended. Add cooked tray of broccoli with cheese sauce. Stir to mix and enjoy!
