Chicken wrap recipe - Healthy Diet Recipes

Notes:
I love this. I just wing it when it comes to the amounts, but I like the taste and how low fat and easy they are to make. Filling too..

Servings: up to you


Ingredients:
Canned chicken breast
lite Miracle whip
diced celery
walnuts chopped
shredded carrots
Wrap in a low fat tortilla shell, wrap or pita shell
other things that taste good in it are:
pecans
green peppers chopped
green tomato
grapes halved
green onions
ETC…..


Directions:
Pick the ingredients that meet your fancy and go to town. Delicious and low fat
