Notes: I have been using lite mayo, no garlic salt, and whole wheat bread crumbs which I get at a health food store. I have also used egg substitute instead of the 1 egg.

Ingredients: ? cup each green & red pepper 1/4cup mayo 1 tablespoon fresh lemon ? garlic salt Pepper 1 egg ? cup bread crumbs ? cup bread crumbs 1 - 7 oz package salmon
Directions: Mix - make four patties - roll in 3/4 cup bread crumbs and fry in lightly greased pan. Was gonna try to bake them but didn't get to it yet.
