Plum Tomato and Mayo Sammy recipe - Diet Recipes

Notes:
This is a great little lunch or quick bite to eat option. It tastes great and doesn’t need the meat! You can make the needed adjustments with low fat mayo and cheese. 

Servings: 1


Ingredients:
Plum Tomato
Favorite Bread (I use Whole Wheat)
2 Tbs of Mayo.
Cheese (optional)


Directions:
I like to toast my bread first, spread the mayo and then layer with tomato and cheese.
