This is a great sugar free sweet treat. Very quick and easy to make.

Ingredients:
3 c. plain rice cakes crumbled (6 lg. rice cakes)
3 c. plain cheerios
1 ? c. raisins
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 (16 oz.) jar natural peanut butter
11 oz. Honey
? c. sunflower nuts (optional)
Directions:
Combine cereal, raisins, sunflower nuts in large bowl. Heat honey over medium heat 3-5 minutes until it boils; boil 1 minute. Add peanut butter and vanilla; stir until peanut butter is melted. Pour over cereal mixture; mix well. Press mixture into the Large Bar Pan. When cool cut with Pizza Cutter into 1 ? inch squares. Makes 5 dozen (60 bars - 99 calories per bar)
