Ingredients: 1 (3-ounce) box sugar free orange jell-o 1 (3-ounce) box sugar-free instant vanilla pudding 1 small can mandarin oranges, drained 8-ounce whipping cream {I use whipping cream}
Directions: Add 1 cup boiling water to jell-o and dissolve. Add 8 ice cubes and stir until melted. Add dry pudding, whipped topping and drained oranges. Refrigerate.
