Ingredients:
2-1/4 cups almond flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup splenda
3/4 cup brown sugar twin
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 eggs
4 squares unsweetened baking chocolate, melted and cooled
1 10-ounce package sugar-free chocolate chunks,
1-1/2 cups walnuts
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 F. Sift or mix flour, baking powder, and salt
together and put aside. Beat sugars, shortening, and butter or margarine until light and fluffy with electric mixer. Add vanilla
extract and eggs, beating after each egg. Add unsweetened
baking chocolate and the dry ingredients to the sugar mixture
and mix well. Fold in chocolate chunks and walnuts, mixing by хэнд. Drop by 1/4 cupfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 12-14 minutes.
