Notes:
Stay away from the grab and go foods, do not drink anything carbonated. Eat off of a bread plate remember you can always add more but if you have a full plate we tend to eat it all. It’s better to eat 6 small meals “anything that fits in a half cup”, then eat 1 large meal. Don’t drink with your meals it washes food through your stomach, causing hunger and do not drink 30 min before a meal or 1 hour after. Stay away from pasta, bread or anything white. Eat protien first then Vegtables… I KNOW YOU ARE ALL SAYING YOU HAVE IT THATS WHY YOUR LOSING WRONG I DON”T HAVE A FILL SO ITS LIKE NOT HAVING IT AT ALL, SO MY WEIGHT LOSS IS ALL ME.
